Useful comments on other people's blogs: Emphasis on useful. You can comment on other people's blogs and add a link to your website in your comment. Most blog comment forms have a field for your name. Try to choose a name that includes your keyword in it. Also there is a field for your URL. When you post your comment, your 'name' is associated with your URL and presto, you have a link. You need to be aware that some blogs apply no follow attribute on outbound links.
